This is an incredibly rare official replica of one of F1's most iconic and historic cars. The late great Juan Manual Fangio is an icon of Formula 1. In 1985 the CEO of Maserati was Alejandro de Tomaso, who was also a former Argentine F1 driver, and he granted special licensing to the notorious replica model builder, Mario Allegretti, to build no more than twenty Maserati 250F replicas.
This car is also fitted with a small electric motor so it can be moved backwards and forwards.
