Cover Wheel
Cover Wheel is the system designed and patented by our company Halmo Srl to help car dealers sell wheels on new and used cars. Until now, sellers had few tools to show customers how a wheel would look directly on the car: the only option available was the use of renderings.
From today, with Cover Wheel, everything has changed: in less than 15 seconds you can change a car's wheels… or at least that is how it appears.
How it works — Support
Fitted in two seconds
The true innovation of Cover Wheel lies in having designed a support that allows it to attach to the car's wheel in complete safety and in just 2 seconds. Through a spider made of 5 caps, each containing a magnet inside, the support anchors to the wheel bolts without touching it and without damaging it.
On the back of the support there is another magnet, of larger diameter, which serves as the attachment for the Cover.
How it works — Cover
The printed Cover
Another fundamental component of Cover Wheel is undoubtedly the Cover, onto which the design of the wheel is printed. The Cover is printed on a 3 mm thick Alubond panel, then cut to the exact size of the wheel's radius. Our team of graphic designers adapts the photographs of the wheels to ensure the most realistic effect possible.
As a final step, an iron disc is fixed to the back of the Cover, acting as the attachment with the central magnet of the support.
Customisation
Cover Wheel is aimed at automotive brands that want to stand out through innovative sales systems, in order to offer an ever better service to their customers. It is 100% customisable: you can add the brand logo on the supports and on the presentation boxes and, of course, print any wheel model on the Covers.
