The car, a replica showcar, was split lengthwise into two parts. The right-hand side is in turn divided into three sections, carrying the liveries of three of the four cars driven by the champion in F1: Lotus, Williams and McLaren. The left-hand side, instead, was entrusted to the French artist Jisbar.

The green-and-gold helmet, Ayrton’s symbol, stands out alongside three trophies—as many as the world titles won by the driver. “Senna is a memory from my childhood,” the artist recounts. “I remember my father watching the duels with Alain Prost.”

The art car will be exhibited at the Ayrton Senna Museum in Imola and will also appear in Miami and Monaco, before being sold at auction at the end of the year.
